M16 Eagle Nebula

The Eagle Nebula (NGC 6611) is a young open cluster of stars in the constellation Serpens about 7,000 light-years from Earth. This image was taken on the first clear night after a long spell of poor weather. It was quite windy, but the guiding seemed ok.
